About Me
I was very unhealthy, overweight and depressed
Nicole Delli Bovi AKA NikkiFit is a veteran fitness professional with nearly 20 years of experience. She is a certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Pliability Stretch Therapist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Reiki Master and Energy Healer.
Growing up in a typical Italian-American household unfortunately led her to be obese from a very young age. When she was 19 years old she was a size 14 and needed to lose a tremendous amount of weight. She found a love for boxing, got a trainer and achieved her goals! She lost 70 pounds and never looked back.
After getting numerous compliments and questions on her amazing success, it brought her a lot of joy and excitement that she decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry, and this is how NikkiFit was born! She felt a strong connection to fitness as it was her calling. So, she quit her job, stepped into the spotlight of the fitness industry and hasn’t looked back since. She continues to passionately share her knowledge to help others get healthy and strong on a daily basis!
Once the Pandemic hit, NikkiFit felt such a need to reach as many people as she could to help them through these rough times. She too had a rough time and went through serious trauma. That trauma brought her to a whole new side of healing others. This virus showed the world that it preyed on the weak and unhealthy. It also tested many of their strength and faith. Which makes what NikkiFit does so important. So she took her fitness knowledge and new calling for energy healing online and continued to help change the lives of as many people as possible. For helping others get healthy and heal from trauma helps heal her!

While I have always been somewhat into fitness, I could never get myself to where I wanted to be, fitness wise. It is easy to give up when you don't see the results you hoped for.
I met Nikki at a local gym when I asked the owner to set me up with a trainer so I can reach my fitness goals. From the day I started working with Nik I knew she was the right person to train me. Her energy really got me motivated. She never allow me to give up. "No I can't do that" was not allowed by her. Instead she said "Yes you can and yes you will!" She never allowed me to give up.
At the time I met Nikki I was already in my forties so I didn't think that the body I wanted could be achieved. She prove me wrong.
Now well into my 50's I am in the best shape of my life and it's because of Nikki. She motivates me to keep going till this day. She has really changed my life and fitness level. She is the best at what she does and has never let me down. I am very grateful, and lucky to have met her and train with her online!!
